REFUND POLICY
*In view of the global pandemic, we currently do not accept any returns or exchanges for the health and safety of all our bubs.*
We are unable to process any refunds unless you have received a defective product, or the wrong order has been sent. Please contact us at hello@thelilbubs.com within ten (10) working days from date of purchase - we are here to make it right!
If your return/exchange is accepted, the product(s) needs to be sent back to us within 7 business days. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We reserve the right to reject any product(s) that are not returned in its original condition.
Conditions for Returns:
- Defective products
- Wrong products received
- Wrong sizes received
- Returns and exchanges can only be made for regular priced items purchased from our website
- Product(s) must be in its original condition (i.e unworn, unused and unwashed with original tags/label attached)

*For hygiene purposes, swimwear and intimates cannot be exchanged.
