REFUND POLICY

*In view of the global pandemic, we currently do not accept any returns or exchanges for the health and safety of all our bubs.*
We are unable to process any refunds unless you have received a defective product, or the wrong order has been sent. Please contact us at hello@thelilbubs.com within ten (10) working days from date of purchase - we are here to make it right! 

If your return/exchange is accepted, the product(s) needs to be sent back to us within 7 business days. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We reserve the right to reject any product(s) that are not returned in its original condition.

 Conditions for Returns:

  1. Defective products 
  2. Wrong products received
  3. Wrong sizes received
  4. Returns and exchanges can only be made for regular priced items purchased from our website
  5. Product(s) must be in its original condition (i.e unworn, unused and unwashed with original tags/label attached)
Upon confirmation of returned product, we will process your exchange or refund as store credits into your Lil'Bubs account.

We reserve the right to amend the refund policy without prior notice.

*For hygiene purposes, swimwear and intimates cannot be exchanged.
